Brenda Davis, Registered Dietitian, leading plant-based pioneer, internationally acclaimed speaker, and widely regarded as a rock star of plant-based nutrition!

Brenda Davis RD is a modest and passionate advocate and teacher of optimal health. In one of her videos she talks about when she gave talks to audiences she was frequently challenged to "prove it" with demonstrations of strength and endurance. So here she goes:
