Scientific medical journals have been completely "captured" by industry. This has the tragic consequences of the "Healthcare System" doing more to destroy health than improve it, and the word "science" cannot be accurately applied to medical research.
It is completely amazing, and long past due, to see this sad state of affairs described in a peer reviewed paper published in one of the more prestigious medical journals in the world.
